Our Vision


Our Mission:
The Men's Leadership Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring authentic manhood. We encourage and support soulful living in the service of a just, joyful, and sustainable world.

Our Vision:
There is a large vision for MLA and great care is being taken in how we move forward. Many of you have given very wise input and we are listening carefully. Over the years, hundreds of men, such as yourself, have shared their vision for the Men's Leadership Alliance and how it could become a network and resource for much of the work being done throughout the country. We believe this is the right time to unite our efforts and make our collective visions a reality.

Projects being worked on and needing further support and development include:
  • Diversity building program development - to bridge the cultural gap
  • Continuing website expansion and development
  • MLA Newsletter
  • Directory of Counseling and Coaching Services
  • Men's Resource Directory - for starting, guiding, and maintaining men's groups
  • Outreach Message Board - to find people with similiar interests and life challenges

Long Term Vision and Goals:
Additional items in development include:
  • Mentoring programs for our young men and women
  • Rites of passage programs in High Schools
  • Family healing rituals - leading families in a new way of healing family dynamics
  • Conferences - bringing people together from around the world to celebrate the beauty that we are as human beings
  • MLA facility - Property dedicated solely to the purpose of promoting the work of MLA. This would be a facility where fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, elders and our youth could come to rest, learn from our work and what it has to offer.
