Deepening our Soul Work: Awakening to Fierce Compassion
Oct 22-26, 2008
Camp Hi-Rock, Massachusetts

“Nature is the breath of spirit, and when one finds one’s inner nature, one finds the connection, the umbilical cord to Nature.”

    Michael Meade

This five-day intensive retreat is an experiential journey into deep soul-work. The agenda will combine traditional forms such council, solo, drumming and movement, ritual process work, and ancestral connections. The retreat offers participants a transformative process for achieving personal growth in these challenging times.

We pursue this deep work for our souls, our families, our communities, and for the world-soul. All of the other MLA programs are dedicated to the development of the individual. This retreat goes beyond personal growth to help participants achieve a deeper understanding and commitment to their role in their families, communities and in the world.

Participation in the retreat is limited to men with prior experience in MLA programs, such as Spirit Camps, or experience with other deep soul-work. A written letter of intent is required, detailing the applicant’s experience and his intentions for attending. Upon receipt of your registration, we’ll call you for a brief telephone interview.

This program is limited to 24 men. Full participation is required: Please, no phones, arriving late, or leaving before the retreat ends.

“I know a lot of men who are healthier at age fifty than they have ever been before, because a lot of their fear is gone”

    Robert Bly
