into the circle, witness and be witnessed, and share your story, we quite simply would not be here today.
The Guide Council is ever-mindful of the soul of the organization, even when the “business” of running
MLA preoccupies us. You are that soul – thank you! The Guide Council extends its heartflelt gratitude for the many the genreous gifts received to date. For those of you who have helped us in the past, please know that we deeply appreciate your contributions and invite your continued support, which will allow MLA to fulfill its mission: inspiring authentic manhood and supporting soulful living in the service of a just, joyful, and sustainable world. MLA's operating budget is $200,000 for 2008 — the foundation necessary to continue with our full compliment of programs, as well as adding the new programs that have been requested from our membership. Two years ago we created the Sustainer Circle, and thirty MLA alumni committed to give $1,000 or more per year for three years in order to sustain our work. It is vital to the future of MLA that we expand that circle of support at this time. Please consider joining the Sustainer's Circle or renewing your pledge to it.
